Miralgin tablets contain the active substance paracetamol and caffeine in combination. Paracetamol is an antipyretic and analgesic, and caffeine enhances the effect of paracetamol. It is a medicine used to relieve mild to moderate pain, to improve the well-being caused by colds and flu, and to reduce the associated fever.

The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is 1-2 tablets. If the symptoms do not improve, the single dose can be repeated every 4 hours, but not more than 4 times in 24 hours. The tablets should be swallowed with plenty of water.
